Organisational Structure

The Company has a structured organisation with clearly defined lines of communication between the key personnel and areas of work. In order to maintain maximum flexibility people are trained in more than one area, and function as a team to ensure service continuity.

The Directors and management team continually review the company's resources to ensure that adequate staff, equipment and materials are available to meet customer requirements. Specific reviews are also carried out during the business review and when setting up / planning new jobs.


All staff share the authority and responsibility for identifying faults and possible improvements, and recording these so that action can be taken, both to rectify the immediate situation and prevent recurrence.
